The Panel today published the reasons for its decision on an application dated 18 July 2013 from Oaktree Capital Management L.P. and Centerbridge Partners L.P.1 in relation to the affairs of Billabong International Limited.

Following the execution of revised agreements between Billabong International Limited and the Altamont Consortium, the Panel has declined to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in response to an application dated 18 July 2013 from Oaktree Capital Management L.P. and Centerbridge Partners L.P. in relation to the affairs of Billabong (see TP13/29 and TP13/30).

The Panel has consented to a request by iCash Payment Systems Limited to withdraw its re‑submitted application to the Panel dated 19 August 2013 in relation to its affairs (see TP13/36). The application was re‑submitted following the outcome of the recent NSW Supreme Court proceedings involving iCash.

The Panel has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances (Annexure A) and final orders (Annexure B) in relation to an application dated 26 July 2013 by Yeaman Nominees Pty Limited as trustee for the Yeaman Super Fund in relation to the affairs of Coppermoly Limited (see TP/32 and TP/33).

The Panel has received an application from iCash Payment Systems Limited in relation to its affairs.

The Panel has consented to a request by iCash Payment Systems Limited to withdraw its application to the Panel dated 29 July 2013 in relation to its affairs.

The Panel has received an application from iCash Payment Systems Limited in relation to its affairs.

The President of the Panel has made interim orders in response to an application for interim orders dated 26 July 2013 by Yeaman Nominees Pty Limited as trustee for the Yeaman Super Fund in relation to the affairs of Coppermoly Limited.
