The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decisions in relation to: an application dated 12 April 2007 from Lionsgate Australia Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lions Gate Entertainment Inc (see TP07/17); and an application dated 17 May 2007 from Magna Pacific(Holdings) Limited (see TP07/27).

The Takeovers Panel advises that it has received an application from Lionsgate Australia Pty Limited (Lionsgate), in relation to the affairs of Magna Pacific (Holdings) Limited (Magna).

The Takeovers Panel advises that it has decided not to commence proceedings in relation to an application from Cleo Pty Ltd in relation to the affairs of Accent Resources NL (see TP07/42).

The Takeovers Panel advises that it received an application yesterday from Cleo Holdings Pty Ltd (Cleo) in relation to the affairs of Accent Resources NL (Accent).

The Takeovers Panel advises that it has received an additional application today from Dolphete Pty Limited (Dolphete), in relation to the affairs of Becker Group Limited (Becker Group).

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated 16 April 2007 from Louis Dreyfrus Cotton International NV, a company incorporated in Belguim, in relation to the affairs of Queensland Cotton Holdings Limited (see TP07/15). Details of the Panel's decision can be found in TP07/22.

The Takeovers Panel advises that it has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances and final orders in relation to an application by Dolphete Pty Limited, concerning the affairs of Becker Group Limited (see TP07/30).
