The Panel has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances following applications dated 11 April 2017 by ASIC and Molopo Energy Limited in relation to the affairs of Molopo.

The Panel has declined to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in response to an application dated 3 May 2017 from Downer EDI Services Pty Ltd in relation to the affairs of Spotless Group Holdings Limited.

The Panel has received an application from Downer EDI Services Pty Ltd in relation to the affairs of Spotless Group Holdings Limited.

The Panel has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to an application made on 5 April 2017 by Indiana Resources Limited in relation to its affairs.

The Panel has declined to conduct proceedings on an application received on 26 April 2017 from Ao-Zhong International Mineral Resources Pty Ltd in relation to the affairs of Globe Metals & Mining Limited. 

The Panel has received an application from Ao-Zhong International Mineral Resources Pty Ltd in relation to the affairs of Globe Metals & Mining Limited.

The Panel has declined to conduct proceedings on an application dated 10 April 2017 from Grandbridge Limited (ASX: GBA), Trandcorp Pty Ltd and Mr David Breeze in relation to the affairs of MEC Resources Limited (ASX: MMR).

The Panel has accepted undertakings from Keybridge Capital Limited and Aurora Funds Management Limited in relation to the applications dated 11 April 2017 by each of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and Molopo Energy Limited.
